This song is one of my all time favorites! I not only listen to it at this time of year, but at times when Im feeling a little discouraged or sad. It helps me feel the presence of the one who introduced me to it...my dad. He taught me the words and we would sing it together. Even though he wasnt my biological dad, he made me feel as if I was very special to him. He encouraged me to be the best person I can be...to always be kind, even to those that are not so kind. He said I was born with a special love in my heart and that I should always show it, even if there are some who wont appreciate it...some who will take it for granted. He taught me to NEVER give up, and if defeat was staring me in the face, to gather all the strength within, but him in the nose and start running! He made me feel loved at times when I needed it the most. Its been many years, but I miss my dad...the best man to have ever walked into my life! I love this song!!!
