This song was originally written and recorded by Mark Schultz. The original title was hes my son. Mark wrote this for a little boy and his youth group that had gotten cancer. Each and every one of the little ones that I follow on Facebook, I consider to be my little brothers and sisters. On Tuesday, my little sis Lexy had her MRI, and they found that the tumor that she has in her brain, has grown. I found out the results yesterday. I was very upset, and yes, even angry with God. Her previous MRI a couple months ago, showed a little bit of tumor shrinkage. I was very upset that God didnt shrink her tumor this time around. I still am, but I also still have faith, that God is going to heal her, its just going to take a little time. I sang the song last night for her. This is a very difficult one for me to do. All I did, was changed the lyrics a little bit to the song that Marshalls recorded, in order to fit her. I love this little girl to pieces. I pray that the song will prove that. Cati #Pray4Lexy
