This sounds like a great idea, and as far as your tax money, seriously people, it isnt the little bit of welfare and disability money that is taking it all, its the people in the government with the outrageous pay checks and vacations!! Yes I agree that anyone on Welfare who CAN work should be made to volunteer and help their communities until they do find employment. But there are legitimate people in this country who cannot work because of mental or physical disabilities, I dont understand why they should have to suffer like they do on the tiny amount they live on each month, way below poverty level.
