This sounds so familiar. There was a time in my life when I was forced to spend time away from my family because companies figured my time was not as valuable as theirs. I see the same thing in the natural gas industry. I feel like there is a higher number of gas explosions because the gas companies are loading the all ready out dated gas lines to over capacity with no regard to others safety or the gas companies fail to see there familiar. You dont have to look far for more explosions weather it be Elmira, NY. Pittsburg area, or others that have blown up. These wells that are being drilled are producing a lot more gas as I understand t an there is no place for it to go. This needs to be investigated and my health is not up to it. When years ago there was an improvement in gas safety with the Shaw valve that when a catastrophic failure would happen in your cellar or where ever your gas unit is. It was designed I believe to retain the explosion at the gas unit there for protect a bigger disaster. Now it seems we need a valve to protect or home and industries. If you dont think I know what I am talking about. Go to your gas unit and there is a good chance it will have a Shaw control valve on it. It use to be the law I believe.
