In a struggle: My family and I met a teen last week that will be going to Bennett in the fall. She was such a sweet girl. She talked about her plans for being a forensic psychologist. She also shared how she planned to keep working at the restaurant where we met her, live in Durham and commute to Greensboro everyday for class. She said she was doing this so her older sister would have a place to stay. She told us that her sister messed up in college and had to return home to work full time at the same restaurant. Upon leaving the store, I asked her to please reconsider her choice, it is your time to shine. So should I go back to the restaurant to talk to her again about what I think will be a BIG mistake?
