This story hit home with me. If you were in this situation as a parent, how would you handle it? Jenny McCarthys (one of the hosts from The View) kid is Autistic. I just read an article saying that she sent him to summer camp and he was a victim of bullying, but he didnt realize it. She recieved a letter from the camp and was told that kids were laughing at him as they told him to put bugs down his pants (and he did...); because of his special needs, he didnt realize that they were laughing AT him, so he just laughed WITH them. He called them friends when she asked him about it. When she asked him who he sat with at lunch time, he said nobody...friends? This makes me soooooo sad... but its stuff like this that makes me so grateful for my faith in Jesus Christ. How else could you possibly deal with this GOD-forsaken, evil BS. I mean - not even ONE kid has the decency and moral conviction to step up to the plate and defend him? or sit with him for lunch? Welcome to society.... If you would, please pray for kids with Autism today and their parents... Also, please lift my family up, as well... things are good so far today, but we arent shy about asking and recieving prayer....Special shout out (to GOD) for Victoria Rose, if you would, as well....
