This time 7 years ago my whole world got turned upside down when i recieved the worst news that my precious baby boy was going to be born 2 months early and that he wouldnt survive life outside the womb, i got told to expect the worst and that even if he did survive he would encounter numerous health issues, as i was rushed straight down to theatre i couldnt breathe with worry as knowing there was nithing i could do to help broke my heart, when he was born what felt like forever took a large amount of neonatal staff to save my little boys life, 5 mins past then ten and still no sign of my little boys breath, after what felt like forever they finally brought him round and at a tiny 2lb 7oz my miracle baby got rushed to neonatal unit where he would spend the next few months fighting for his life, looking back the days just rolled into weeks and the heartache u feel is just undescribable, he was then and still is the strongest boy ive ever met, yes he has numerous learning difficulties and health problems but he is here, and i cherish each and every second with him. Some of you might think this is a boring status but noone will ever ubderstand the love between a mother and a child, especially a premature child. I love you Alfie Jake!! Happy 7th birthday son. 💙😚
