This time Im not giving in!!! I swum to national age group when I was age 12-13 in my home country Lithuania, the reason I stopped swimming is because I didnt see swimming interesting, challenging or having a good cause behind it, I wanted more new experiences and a more social environment. Now being a swimming instructor/coach for past 2 years in London I feel a responsibility to make sure that the young and old swimmers dont give up on their dreams, ambitions and during their training stay motivated, excited, challenged and participate in many different aquatic sports and events. Now when I look back quitting swimming was my worst mistake. Just few weeks ago I started training again and decided to get back to competitive form of swimming age 20 (This time I am not giving in) with big ambitions to compete again in swimming and other aquatics disciplines and events. My goal is to raise as many funds as possible actively participating in sponsored, fundraising swimming events for charities of a good cause and to inspire other swimmers, instructors, coaches, lifeguards, triathletes and anyone else who loves swimming and those who are yet learning how to swim. I am looking to meet new people to take part in galas, competitions, charities, sponsored swimming, train together, swim together, build a better community and campaign towards increasing the number of people participating in swimming and raising funds for those in need of support and sharing the amazing experience!!
