*This tool had nothing to say about Pres. Bush being weak when Putin invaded Georgia during his administration. Just as Pres. Bush had nothing to do with Putin deciding to invade Georgia, neither does Pres. Obama have anything to do with Putins decision to invade Crimea. Graham is playing political games meant to get the attention of South Carolinians, make it appear hes taking it to Pres. Obama, and persuade them to vote for him so he can keep his seat in Congress. Graham knows that no one knew Putin planned to invade Crimea, and that it doesnt make Pres. Obama look weak or indecisive. What I dont understand about these tools in Congress is why they arent using their power to do whatever it is they think needs to be done. The U.S. Constitution grants them the power to declare war and other powers related to foreign relations. None of them is suggesting a congressional solution to dealing with Putin. Their access to power but their refusal to use it tells me everything I need to know about them--theyre the cowards when it comes to dealing with Putin. They foul our airwaves with divisive nonsense, but none of them has spoken to Putin, EXCEPT Pres. Obama. Putins only a phone call away, why are they so afraid to call him? Ill help them. The phone number for the Kremlin in Moscow is +7 495 695-37-76. Graham, McCain, and all others who think they can do a better job in conducting U.S./Russia foreign relations are free to use this number. Ask to speak to Vladimir Putin.
