This touched my heart. What a client just sent to me in a letter to give to other prospective sellers: After my partner passed away, in 2012, a house in Larchmont Village and an apartment building in Glendale had to be sold. As a trustee of his estate, it was my job to get the house ready for sale and to hire a realtor to find buyers for the two properties. A friend recommended Dale Rowse, who found buyers for both house and apartment building almost immediately. The house sold for more than its asking price to a nice couple who wanted it to be their home. I had hoped for buyers like them. Dale had listened when I told him that I didn’t really want an investor who would fix up the house and flip it.
