This utter nonsense of people bringing in obvious family pets and claiming they are random strays, has GOT to stop. Leo and Mike are neutered BEGINNER rated boys who are no more strays than they are dodo birds, but some random person in the 10465 zip code got away with calling them strays and consigning them to a likely death, for free, just because they wanted to. Leo has nice volunteer comments which are probably fairly applicable to Mike, since again, both these gents have BEGINNER ratings. Leo the lion sits and watches whats going on in the shelter and doesnt complain. He bides his time and waits and wonders who will pick me, will anyone want to take me home? Such a pleasant cat who likes visitors and really wants a forever home with a nice family. Come and meet him and consider making him real happy. Stop the madness of so many NYC pets dying!! Save Leo and Mike, tonight!!
