This visit is to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington DC. If you lived through this period, as I did, you know it was a dark time in our country’s history. Our young military men and women were sent off to fight an unpopular war in a distant place. Many of them, including a number of my friends, never came back. A good number of them that were lucky enough to come home were greeted with signs and jeers from war protectors. I hope you enjoy this presentation.
