This was a poem I thought up just before I laid down to sleep. Hope you like it........ The Last Alarm (His Calling) I know nothing about you, we’ve never met. But you chose to protect me, the danger, no fret. Your life on the line, your heart to commit To save me, a stranger, I’m forever in debt. Your family, you cherish, and brothers unite, Together you stand, together you fight. You vowed to each other, we stand as one soul, We stay here; we battle, for that, our hero. As God did his calling, and took each by your hand, I know he is with you, as this was his plan. We grieve at the moment with powering pain But know that your spirit is our healing to gain So know here on earth, we leave no one alone, As you said on that mountain, as he carried you home.
