This was an experiment to see if I could FRY french fries ... as you can see they browned nicely but sadly didnt get CRISP... but nevertheless scarfed them up...I used One fresh potato cut ... but nx time will soak them in ice water and see if I can get the crispness from that technique. ....... but all in all ,again some tweaking, but think I will figure it out.. and sure is a lot less MESSY then pan frying. them
