This was an interesting conversation I watched recently. Here it is, presented in a piece I like to call: When the Heirophant challenged The Fool. *Names removed of course* SET THE SCENE: - A status update has just declaired that most wise men are really just fools (Not an unfair assessment). The Fool pipes in: FOOL: The fool is one of the most powerful of the major arcana 3 hrs · Like HEIROPHANT And the one whose magic is poorly focused, no better than circus games and petty tricks... 3 hrs · Like HEIROPHANT Because, at the end of the day, it may be a Powerful Fool, but its value is still simply The Fool... 3 hrs · Like FOOL: Look into the historical significance of the (original) fool. A very powerful position in English courts. Yes a clown, but not connected directly to the royal family. A fool took on the kings honor but recieved no benefit or protection In this way a fool could act in ANY way without besmirching the kings honor. Immagine the possibility. The path of the fool: A little known Chaos magic path. Opperates from the platform that during a week of initiation, an adept will grow more than they might in years - therefore ones development might be radically accelerated by following this path of endless initiation. The counter of this is the Taoist theory of loss is gain. The card the fool represents a strong individual who follows his own path and defies convention. So yes, most good wise men are also fools. The fool may be seen, from a certain angle to be the wisest of all. Isnt the origin of words fun :) 2 hrs · Like HEIROPHANT: Or maybe it could be easiest referenced in this way. The magic of the Fool is all in the Show... 2 hrs · Like FOOL: Wouldnt that be more the Magician? The fool is more about the mechanisms behind the curtain. - For the fool, the show was the distraction - Like monkey style Kung Fu. The monkey acts the clown to lower their opponents guard as they stand amused at their antics- then strikes. - Stick to the subways Kevin, dont ever let them see you coming Milton Devils advocate. 2 hrs · Edited · Like HEIROPHANT: Never was good at a Fools style of magic, so thats probably why I dont understand that well? 2 hrs · Like HEIROPHANT:And thats because that was never my card. I own and use one working deck, and my card is the fifth. V, pictured on the card as Dagon... 2 hrs · Unlike · 1 FOOL: Its an exceptionally powerful practice. I followed the path of the fool for a year and learned more in that time than any other I find that stigma and misunderstanding often cloud the virtues of things. A concept I think any open Satanist will associate with. 2 hrs · Like FOOL: My actual card is the Chariot. 2 hrs · Like FOOL: That should tell you alot 2 hrs · Like HEIROPHANT: Well, it does actually. And maybe some things you might not like, maybe not even admit to yourself. But thats not something to be discussed publicly, as it might be considered offensive... 2 hrs · Like FOOL: Oh I know who I am. Im comfortable enough with myself that I can give you info like that at no risk to myself. 1 hr · Like FOOL: Just as your refusal to do so would speak to me 1 hr · Like HEIROPHANT: I refuse nothing. You dont message, and is rather not speak like this in public. Not that Im afraid to, mind you, its out of mutual respect, which you seem not to share. Again, proving my point, I see more from your card than you think... 1 hr · Like FOOL: Lol. Heckles raise fairly easily huh? Truth is, Im leery of people who refuse to speak openly in public, I genrally find it means that what they have to say wont hold up to public scrutiny. If anyone knowing the card a zimbo quiz gave me put me at risk, I wouldnt share However your frustration at being unable to one up me speaks volumes. A fools petty tricks can be likened to Satanic lesser magic. There endeth the lesson 1 hr · Like HEIROPHANT: No. I dont do one ups. Not in my function. There are bigger problems in the world than, who Im stronger than. Cause defining that would be easiest defined by, those people or groups who continue to assault me magically, trying to force me to stop, and yet combined are unable. Combine Mr *********, and the *** leaders, and all my other detractors and Haters. Combine their magical strength, overall adeptness for ritual and magic. And yet, here I still stand, still doing the same thing. That is how I define magical strength, all those who really DONT STAND A CHANCE... 1 hr · Like HEIROPHANT: Oh, and the fact that, physically here, Im the guy who called out ****** ****** for bullying, and even *the Huge TV* show wont respond. Oh, and the guy who called out *a ghost show on TV* for lying about the true strength of the Darkness. Im a great deal many things, you just dont see all of them. My card is the fifth, and both aspects of that are inside. That is the type of magic I wield, not some fools tricks while I hide. Now, your lesson is ended... 1 hr · Edited · Like FOOL: Wow. Where to start...... Firstly, if thats your lesson, youll find im a better teacher than you lol. Anyone who goes against the grain will attract enemies. Do you actually buy into psychic attack? *** are complete pussies, misinformation will do that. I define magical strength as the ability to manifest ones desires. As far as psychic defense goes, best block - no be there Like my card trick. Let your opponents think they see you, when, like the sun all they are seeing is where you WERE a second ago, or only your shadow. In this way defence becomes unecessary. Prestidigitation my friend, its an underutilised artform. 1 hr · Edited · Like FOOL:Far better than empty posturing and bull in a china shop. You should study into the power of water 1 hr · Like HEIROPHANT: Lol. Were you still talking? Like I said, lesson over, I have business to attend to, and no time to the posturing of a Beast who dreads the Truth, that the Beast Itself might not be strong enough. Good day little Beast, enjoy your rampaging... 1 hr · Like MUTUAL FRIEND: I leave for two hours and discord has ensued... 48 mins · Like FOOL: Lol. No, just me learning all I needed to about someone. 25 mins · Like
