This was great to see while I was at Fort Worth. Not only did Emily get to ride a cutting horse, she was given her own to show by one of the trainers there. The day before she was to show, she had severe seizures and wasnt able to practice. But she went on to show the next night and got a standing ovation. Her cancer is incurable and she has her own FB page, A Girl with Cancer, to encourage others. A wonderful watch: Emily, 17, got a standing ovation at the 2014 NCHA Futurity when she showed a cutting horse for the first time. After being diagnosed with brain cancer two years ago, Emily became part of Western Wishes, an organization that grants wishes to kids faced with adversities. Her wish was to ride a cutting horse
