This was just a totally unprepared, completely improvised jam that occurred during one of our rehearsals, and we thought it was good enough to share with our fans! We broke it up into four parts, but we recorded it all in one go, so be sure to listen to all of them in the continuous playlist. There are a couple mistakes and hiccups here and there, thats because we did everything on the spot and tried to make it as experimental as we could, and we recorded it without initially thinking we were going to upload it. These tracks feature Tim Gotcher on bass, Elias Jackson on electronic drums, and Danny Pelayo on guitar. We currently have a few songs (separate from this) that we have been working hard on, featuring new musicians such as Elijah Gamboa, Clarence McCarthy III, and Clay Elsten, and we cant wait to show you all when we are done with them! So be sure to follow us on SoundCloud and like our Facebook page to keep updated on what we have been doing! Track-by-track comments: Part 1 - The intro, sort of. Danny started playing a riff and I (Elias) just went with it. Then Danny stopped playing, for some reason, and it ended. Part 2 - Danny and Elias start off with a mid-tempo, driving jam, and then bassist Tim comes in at 1:46 (this is when he happened to walk in, and it took him a little while to get the tone right on his amp because he was still setting up). By around 4:14, the song really comes together and we get an excellent rhythm going. Part 3 - We started to take things a little slower here... a two minute relaxing period before our big finale. Part 4 - Took us a little while to fully lock in with each other on this one, but as it got better it soon became a very fun, entertaining piece of music. A great way to end our 13-minute jam session.
