This was our beautiful mare, to whom we couldnt Leave her there a day longer where she was ,shes almost 19 & a tb Irish sports horse, at 16.1 Weve never had any knowledge of horses, my daughter loaned a youngster for 2 months and went to pony camps etc. but then the Loan ended!!!! & we was heart broken , so we took the plunge and me being me fell in love, Not knowing what might lay ahead ? I didnt care . My heart was ruling my head? Again I didnt care. Whatever it took I was prepared . Farrier was first job , then her full set of injections , new rugs, stable rugs, huge field , dentist , and food three times a day, two large bales of hay , fresh water..... And love!!!! Bonding, sitting in the stable just talking to her and reassuring her... And a routine . She was only 459kg when we got her . This was nov 17th 2013 the day we collected her , she wasnt the nicest mare ? Bucked , turned in her stable , totally rude , threw my daughter off a few times, absolutely no trust . But today almost 4 months to the day , shes a totally different mare, no not a mare a beautiful horse ... Our friend, to whom she greets us with her beautiful nay !!! And head rubs against you. Walks to greet you . I love her so so much The first & 3rd one are when we got her 2nd one is Lilly now and 4th/ 5th is 9 weeks ago x
