This was really tough, Shantanu Shrivastava. Choosing a mere10 was not easy for me so I have cheated a bit. But thank you for making me relive the experiences I had while reading these books. I really had fun! 1. Gone With The Wind- Margaret Mitchell 2. The Thornbirds - Colleen McCullough 3. The Zemindar - Valerie Fitzgerald. 4. Desiree - Annemarie Selinko. All these four books are wonderful period love stories set in different parts of the world and evoked so much emotion! I have shed tears of both joy and sadness along with the protagonists. 5. Wolfhall and Bring Up The Bodies - Hilary Mantel. She makes history come alive! 6. Pride and Prejudice - Jane Austen 7. Little Women - Louisa May Alcott 8. Yajnaseni - Pratibha Ray. These three books portray unconventional women who tried to break free of the limitations created by society. 9. Mrityunjaya - Shivaji Sawant. Made me fall in love with the character of Karna! 10. Assorted books by Shivani- Krishnakali, Chaudah Phere, Surangama, Shmashaan Champaa. Oh, how we loved and dissected the protagonists, Jugnu Srivastava! How can I leave out my favourite staples- Mills and Boons, J. D. Robbs, Robert Ludlums, Leon Uris, Ken Follets and Wilbur Smiths?
