This was taken about an hour ago.( They are still barking as I type this) For the past YEAR, I have communicated with our neighbor about her noisy barking dogs- Sept 19, 2013 thru May 28th 2014. The last time...she sent me a nasty message bc she heard the f-bomb drop (not by me) about her dog bc it was continually barking. But she cant hear THIS??? I have kept excellent records(video/audio/text) with the only intention of proving my point to her...but then she became belligerent, so I have reconsidered. The video I shot on July 15th 2014...was at 4am! Im posting this as a last ditch effort with the hope that someone she knows sees this and she finally controls the issue. Otherwise I will file a complaint come Monday morning.
