This was taken yesterday on my way home from Sevierville...I was actually stopped to take a picture of Union Grove Baptist Church off of Fish Hatchery Road in Hamblen County when I looked across the road and found this lovely rural scene! The sun was shining in my eyes as I tried to capture how the shadows played on the rolling pasture hills...it so made me think this is why our Scots-Irish ancestors settled in our beautiful Tri-State area because it so reminded them of home! Best viewed in FULL SCREEN to see the distant silo and barn as well! Have a Super Saturday!
