This was the photo of Scooby that I saw three years ago when I knew I needed to help him. He looked defeated. He was in a lot of pain. The sparkle in his eyes was gone. And I wanted to help him get that sparkle back. It was August, 2011 and he was 17 years old. Just a few hours later he was in my arms. Seven days from today on August 31, 2014, the Scoobs will celebrate his 20th birthday. He is happy and healthy and filled with zest. And best of all, as you can see from the second photo, he got his sparkle back. I love my Scoobsters and I thank you for loving him too. He’s going to enjoy a great birthday week! Saving Scooby.
