This was wrong on so many points....but I wonder how this would have turned out had he just rolled his window down? Our rights are important and no one should violate them that is the truth. However, in the defense of the police officers initial reaction, they never know what they will face when they pull a car. Most of us are law abiding citizens. But sometimes...had a dear friend who was an HP who pulled a car with a busted tail light. He was shot point blank with a sawed off shotgun. Soooo, I guess I can see both sides. Outrage at how this guy was treated, and the instant alert his refusal to open the window put the officers on. Our officers face unknown dangers everyday and sometimes over react to things. I can kinda get that. I also get that this kid did nothing to warrant this situation. No win!
