This week Feel Good Friday is heading up North.. Way up North in fact, to the west coast of Scotland and to Inverclyde Leisure who received the following nomination for Bobby McVitie who organised the MAxifit Challange 2014 I wish to nominate Bobby McVittie for not only organising a hugely successful event, but for his mentoring of people competing. The Maxifit challenge took place on Saturday 3rd May, this event was very well organised, attracting participants from England, Iceland and other areas. I was very impressed by the overall experience as a first time competitor, the detail in the organisation was excellent, we were well informed and the event looked to run like clockwork. However behind the scenes there were a few issues and decisions which had to be made. Bobby remained a true professional throughout. He took command of situations and resolved them. From start to finish including an after party he done inverclyde leisure very very proud!! On a personal note (not being young) with Bobby coaching and mentoring I honestly could not believe I was fit enough to compete in a prestigious event but got a 3rd place. I believe Bobby is well worthy of receiving recognition as he has definitely gone well beyond his call of duty as an employee.
