This week I bring to you 2 BRIDGE variations, the HIP BRIDGE and the more advanced ONE-LEG BRIDGE THRUSTS. Both are excellent exercises for strengthening your butt and lower back, decreasing tightness in your hip and improving core strength and stability. Furthermore the one-leg hip thrusts also engage your quadriceps (from thigh) and hamstrings (rear thigh) which make it a very effective exercise.
