This week at Lake Crest: -We are painting and replacing the lighting on the 2nd floor. This an experiment to see how it looks before go proceed to other floors. The painting will begin this Thursday. -We are receiving bids on the replacement of the 9th floor ceiling. Well keep you posted! -The fitness center carpet is being steam cleaned tomorrow. -Were all ready for our laundry room update. Just waiting for the word from the installers. -Concrete repair will be taking place this week in our parking lots and driveways. This should not affect access to the lot. -An heating tech will be here this week to make sure our boilers are good to go for the inevitable switch on of the heat. We are taking care of business this week at Lake Crest! Enjoy the beautiful weather!
