This week in lessons we have all been learning what it means to be a good trainer. Now, at the end of the day these are just kids, but there is no reason why they cant learn how to patiently, safely and kindly work their horses over an obstacle or on a concept. Here is a great example. We started the ride with Nona the pony as reluctant as ever to even go near the soccer ball. Ellie worked her through it, built her confidence and...a little while later, this is the result. Ellie is 7 years old. Problem solving at its finest and Im incredibly proud!
