This week, we are featuring one of our Germantown pros...Carolyn Brigham! This beautiful lady can usually be found lifting, toning, and burning in a morning class at the Germantown studio in her favorite spot by the thermostats:) Shes been coming to PB since October 2011 and has been hooked ever since! Carolyn says exercise has been a big part of her life since her twenties. Carolyn and her husband, Terry, have two grown children, a boy and a girl. Their son and his wife gave the Brighams their first grandbabies six years ago - TWINS! Carolyns daughter got married this past June. Carolyn is a huge animal lover and has two dogs and two cats at home. The Brighams also own their own business - Brigham Appraisals, a real estate appraisal firm. Carolyn truly loves so many aspects of Pure Barre, but she especially loves the low impact nature of the workout while still providing great results. She had a total knee replacement in January 2013, but Pure Barre complimented her physical therapy and has helped her regain her footing. Carolyn tries to attend five classes a week and was recently added to the 500 club! Carolyn cant pick a favorite exercise - she loves them all and loves that Pure Barre is always evolving, keeping things fresh and exciting.
