This week we delivered furniture for several homeless veterans in Tuscaloosa. We would like to thank Robert, Cephus, John, Chris, Clay, David, Matthew, Billy and Tuffy for helping all week and making this possible! UPS is a company that encourages their employees to volunteer in the community and thank goodness for UPS employee David Estes, who along with his sons, worked all week to help us! Thank you to Laura Findlay, Jeff and Cindy Vick, Hollyhand Development LLC, Scott McGee and RHA Housing for your very generous donations! We are about $40,000.00 away from being able to help all 50 families! Please keep High Socks For Hope in mind when you think about tax deductible donations for this year! The developers for this property have such a tremendous desire to make sure the veterans have everything they need that they each donated toward the furnishings! Its truly wonderful to see this project come together. Ben Bowman..the pillows are wonderful!!
