This week we will be cooking chicken again.....held off after the holidays. We are jazzing the chicken up a bit with more seasonings and we came up with a new way to keep it very moist (mainly the breasts and leg quarters). We also added a scrumptious salad that comes with your choice of chicken pork or beef ....served with our special house sauce that we created. Lastly we also added a hot loaded baked potato. ....with butter, your choice of chicken, pork or beef....with bbq or house sauce sour cream and for .49 cents more you can have some jalapenos added to anything. Of course we still have that scrumptious smoky frito pie......yummm!!!!! Again....thank you all for your support and words of encouragement. ......this community really is a caring place.
