This weekend, 25 years ago, I graduated from Christian Theological Seminary. Pray for my seminary as they continue to struggle with vision, direction, and staffing; Im optimistic, but concerned . . . it wont be any fun to reach my 50th anniversary of graduation and for them not to be there for me to complain about! Seminary education is a never-ending project of the gathered communities of faith to renew and reinvent in every generation, and this era is no different.
