This classic taste of Italy will pairs up with: Hess Select Chardonnay~ out of Monterey, CA, this fine wine bears aromas of pear & citrus, highlighting lemon & lime, followed on the palate by pineapple and tropical fruit flavors. Medium bodied and refreshing, a subtle oak toast balances acidity, resulting in a wine crafted in a modern, fruit-forward style. OR if youre a red head.... Hahn Family Wines Pinot Noir~ also of Monterey County, this is dark purple in the glass, showing aromas of dried plums, black currants & cola. On the palate, black cherry flavors and a silky mouthfeel build on fresh acidity and well integrated oak flavors of vanilla & spice. Keeping it real with craft beer? Epic Brainless Belgian-style Golden Ale has a rich and complex malt flavor balanced with a little bit of spicy noble hops and strong influences of fermentation esters from the Belgian yeast used.
