This weeks controversy…the IRS is claiming that it is being ‘forced’ to ensure Churches are not violating IRS laws that prevent politics from the pulpit…claiming that the Atheist threatened to sue them if they didn’t…and isn’t the timing odd…I mean now that the IRS has already allowed those like Louis Farrakhan to preach from the pulpit that Candidate Obama was the Savior of America. And while the debate now is about whether or not it’s legal for the IRS to get involved in scrutiny of the free speech of the Church…the point is being missed…that the IRS with the help of the corrupt Justice Department has already been enforcing the law selectively…allowing Farrakhan to break the law without consequences, while intimidating Protestant Churches and Pastors, and even seizing their places of worship and bulldozing them, like they did Indianapolis Baptist Temple and many other Protestant places of worship that are now Islamic centers or Mega Mosques. The ultimate crime of the IRS is their surrender and compliance to this United Nations endorsed Sharia law…of secretly complying with the Islamist Quran and funneling tax dollars illegally to the Islamist…because they have been ‘forced’ to do it…had no other choice…much like the IRS now claiming it has no choice but to ensure Pastors aren’t preaching politics from the pulpit…because the Atheist threatened to sue…and using that as an excuse to begin government interference in spiritual matters, which usually means the loss of free speech…and ends with persecution or eviction. Eric Holder is trying to come to the rescue of the IRS by claiming ahead of time the reasoning for their past transgresses of law…of targeting Christians, selectively enforcing IRS laws, and seizing Christian Churches for ‘tax law violations’…while turning a blind eye to Islamist, and unlawfully assist these enemies of our Constitution and our Christianity. And what will Americans do once they find out that the IRS has been the ‘go between’ in the Islamist demand for Americans to pay the Jizyah tax…in their attempt at Social Sharia implementation…and according to the plan described in the Islamist Quran…the people of a city or village would be forced to pay a Jizyah tax (originally the tax was a goat for Allah…the tax regardless of how ‘insignificant’ was paramount because it symbolized the submission of the city to the Islamist…that the majority of citizens would not even be aware of it…that they would continue to send taxes to their tax collector and the tax collector would be the one who saw to it the Jizyah tax collection was adhered to…and so it is today…and why the IRS thought it could get away with discriminating against Christian Conservatives while providing unlawful preference, assistance, and protection from persecution to these Islamist enemies of our Constitution and Christianity…all without consequences…blaming the innocent while allowing the guilty to go free…and this is all the evidence you need to confirm the truth of a true conspiracy of epic proportions. Here are some facts concerning the IRS scandal…do the math, add it up, and you’ll come to the conclusion…it’s not a conspiracy…it’s the reality…it’s the end. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration report showed that Lerner herself had been informed of the affair at a meeting that she had attended on June 29, 2011.[18][86 At least as early as mid-2011, higher-ranking IRS officials knew that conservative groups were being targeted. [81] Selected groups complained to various members of Congress. In response, a congressional committee asked IRS Commissioner Douglas H. Shulman about the allegations in 2012. Shulman told the committee that the agency was not targeting conservative groups.[81] After Shulman denied that the IRS was unfairly targeting conservative groups, the congressional committee ended the 2012 phase of the investigation.[citation needed] Shulman resigned his post in late 2012, before the controversy came to light.[ 2012 Congressional investigation and denials (Atheist are compelled to threaten to sue the IRS for not enforcing laws on the government subsidized Churches…even though the Atheist have ‘no standing’ in the case…the IRS could use the excuse that they had no other choice, they didn’t want to be ‘sued’ so they targeted Christian Churches and Pastors who fell for the ‘Faith Based Initiatives’ bait, and got hooked on the deception that somehow Washington was their ‘provider’…and now held hostage by a rouge IRS agencies that no doubt could be classified as a lawless agency of terror…used for political or religious punishment, or promotion for the like minded…the ultimate in tyranny has occurred…and facts are facts…if this is to be a war, or clash of civilizations…just say so, and let’s move on…but let’s stop all the oki doki, wink, wink stuff and admit our agenda’s and what we want to be ruled by…Islam’s Quran or our Constitution…and once we decide to stand for what is right…part of our obligation is to inform our adversary it would serve them best to go elsewhere…for in this land of laws…Justice will always rule the day.) In early May 2013, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration released an audit report confirming that the IRS used inappropriate criteria to identify potential political cases, including organizations with Tea Party in their names.[18 On May 12, Republican and Democratic lawmakers called for a full investigation of the Internal Revenue Service,[87][88] while White House Press Secretary Jay Carney called the IRSs alleged actions inappropriate.[89] On May 13, The Washington Post reported that Marcus Owens, head of the IRS department examining tax-exempt groups in 1990-1999, said that the IRS routinely categorized similar groups that sought the status of social welfare organizations.[90] At a May 13 press conference, President Obama called the charges outrageous if true, and said that anyone found to be responsible for such actions should be held accountable.[91][92] On May 14, the Inspector Generals audit report was made public.[18] President Obama released a statement saying, The IRS must apply the law in a fair and impartial way, and its employees must act with utmost integrity. This report shows that some of its employees failed that test. Ive directed Secretary Lew to hold those responsible for these failures accountable, and to make sure that each of the Inspector Generals recommendations are implemented quickly, so that such conduct never happens again. But regardless of how this conduct was allowed to take place, the bottom line is, it was wrong.[93] Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he had ordered the Justice Department to begin an investigation into whether the activities amounted to criminal behavior.[94] Senate[37] and House[38] Democrats in early 2012 continued to press the IRS to investigate abuses of 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status by organizations engaged in political activity. In a February 2012 letter to then-IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman, several Democratic senators led by Senator Chuck Schumer wrote, We urge you to protect legitimate section 501(c)(4) entities by preventing non-conforming organizations that are focused on federal election activities from abusing the tax code.[39] The senators also urged the IRS to issue new rules to prevent this type of abuse.[40] In a follow-up letter sent in March 2012, the senators asked the IRS to clearly define the amount of political activity that is permissible for social welfare groups under 501(c)(4) rules, to require the groups to document in their IRS filings the exact percentage of their activity that is dedicated to social welfare, and to require the groups to notify their donors of what percentage of donations could be claimed for tax deductions. The senators promised to introduce legislation to accomplish these aims if the IRS did not do so itself by promptly issuing new administrative rules.[37][41] None of these letters called for the targeting of groups on the basis of political ideology.[39] The U.S. National Taxpayer Advocate, Nina E. Olson, told The New York Times in January 2012, The overriding challenge facing the I.R.S. is that its workload has grown significantly in recent years, while its funding is being cut.... This is causing the I.R.S. to resort to shortcuts that undermine fundamental taxpayer rights and harm taxpayers — and at the same time reduces the I.R.S.s ability to deliver on its core mission of raising revenue.[43] Beginning in March 2010, the IRS more closely scrutinized certain organizations applying for tax-exempt status under sections 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code by focusing on groups with certain words in their names.[44][45][46] In May 2010, some employees of the Determinations Unit of the Cincinnati office of the IRS, which is tasked with reviewing applications pertaining to tax-exempt status, began developing a spreadsheet that became known as the Be On the Look Out list. The list, first distributed in August 2010, suggested intensive scrutiny of applicants with names related to a number of political causes, including names related to the Tea Party movement and other conservative causes.[46] Eventually, IRS employees in at least Cincinnati, Ohio; El Monte, California; Laguna Niguel, California; and Washington, D.C.[47] applied closer scrutiny to applications from organizations that:[48][49][50] referenced words such as Tea Party, Patriots, or 9/12 Project, progressive, occupy, Israel, open source software, medical marijuana and occupied territory advocacy in the case file;[45][46] ….outlined issues in the application that included government spending, government debt, or taxes; …involved advocating or lobbying to make America a better place to live; …had statements in the case file that criticized how the country is being run; …advocated education about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; ..were focused on challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — known by many as Obamacare; …questioned the integrity of federal elections. WHAT ISN’T LISTED ARE PROTESTANT CHRISTIANS…PROTESTANT CHURCHES BEING SEIZED BY THE IRS LIKE THE INDIANPOLIS BAPTIST TEMPLE AS WELL AS COUNTLESS OTHER PROTESTANT PLACES OF WORSHIP SEIZED BY THE IRS…THEN GIVEN TO ISLAMIST TO BUILD THEIR MEGA MOSQUES UPON OUR RUBBLE…WELCOME TO THE TIME OF TROUBLE. Over the two years between April 2010 and April 2012, the IRS essentially placed on hold the processing of applications for 501(c)(4) tax-exemption status received from organizations with Tea Party, patriots, or 9/12 in their names. While apparently none of these organizations applications were denied during this period,[Note 2] only 4 were approved.[52] During the same general period, the agency approved applications from several dozen presumably liberal-leaning organizations whose names included terms such as progressive, progress, liberal, or equality” Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA), Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, refused to release the IRS interview transcript. On June 9, 2013, Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MD) released portions of an interview transcript wherein an anonymous IRS manager who described himself as a conservative Republican, told Congressional investigators that it was he who had initiated the selected reviews, without any involvement from the White House, and that the extra scrutiny was not politically motivated.[60][61][62] In an appearance on CNNs State of the Union, Cummings said, Based upon everything Ive seen, the case is solved. And if it were me, I would wrap this case up and move on.[60] Issa responded in a statement, The testimony excerpts Ranking Member Cummings revealed today did not provide anything enlightening or contradict other witness accounts. The only thing Ranking Member Cummings left clear in his comments today is that if it were up to him the investigation would be closed.[61] Another unidentified applicant was asked to Please provide copies of all your current web pages, including your Blog posts. Please provide copies of all of your newsletters, bulletins, flyers, newsletters or any other media or literature you have disseminated to your members or others. Please provide copies of stories and articles that have been published about you.[67] The Coalition for Life of Iowa, a pro-life group, was asked to Please explain how all of your activities, including the prayer meetings held outside of Planned Parenthood are considered educational as defined under 501(c)(3). Organizations exempt under 501(c)(3) may present opinions with scientific or medical facts. Please explain in detail the activities at these prayer meetings. Also, please provide the percentage of time your group spends on prayer groups as compared with other activities of the organization.[68 The National Organization for Marriage has alleged that the IRS intentionally leaked its 2008 tax return, including donor lists — an act prohibited by federal law.[73][74][75] In a lawsuit filed on May 15, 2013, NOM alleged that, in the words of chairman John C. Eastman, This wasnt a low-level error in judgment; it was a conscious act to reward a prominent Obama supporter while punishing an opponent. Democratic officeholders, such as Montana’s then senator, Max Baucus, who said the allegations were an “outrageous abuse of power,” and West Virginia senator Joe Manchin, who went so far as to call the IRS’s actions “un-American.” [112] From May 13 to 15, several senators and congressional representatives called for Acting Commissioner of the IRS, Steven T. Miller, to resign or be fired.[113][114][115][116] The Speaker of the House of Representatives, John Boehner, said, My question isnt about whos going to resign, my question is whos going to jail over this scandal?... There are laws in place to prevent this type of abuse. Someone made a conscious decision to harass and to hold up these requests for tax-exempt status. I think we need to know who they are and whether they violated the law. Clearly someone violated the law.[117] Later in the day on May 15, 2013, President Obama announced that his Treasury Secretary had requested and accepted Acting Commissioner Millers resignation.[118][119][120] Lawmakers also called for the resignation of Lois Lerner, who ran the IRSs section on tax-exempt organizations,[114] as did Danny Werfel, after he was appointed Acting IRS Commissioner following Millers resignation.[121][122] When Lerner refused to resign, she was placed on administrative leave.[121] Lerner retired effective September 23, 2013.[123] Michael Macleod-Ball, chief of staff at the ACLUs Washington Legislative Office, said, Even the appearance of playing partisan politics with the tax code is about as constitutionally troubling as it gets. With the recent push to grant federal agencies broad new powers to mandate donor disclosure for advocacy groups on both the left and the right, there must be clear checks in place to prevent this from ever happening again.[124] U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri) said, We should not only fire the head of the IRS, which has occurred, but weve got to go down the line and find every single person who had anything to do with this and make sure that they are removed from the IRS and the word goes out that this is unacceptable.[125] There were rallies by members of the Tea Party in Cherry Hill, New Jersey,[126] as well as across the country protesting selective targeting by the IRS of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.[127] U.S. Senator John Cornyn of Texas released a video entitled A Culture of Intimidation and a website called IRS targeting Texans with multiple stories from conservatives in Texas and elsewhere who had received intrusive questions from the IRS.[128][129] Press reaction to the scandal was intense…WHICH IS UNUSUAL…YET STILL TRUE. “There is a reasonable fear by all of us, by any of us, that the kind of power the IRS has could be misused,” MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow concurred, noting that the scrutiny that Tea Party groups faced was “not fair.” [130] Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart observed that the scandal had removed “the last arrow in your pro-governance quiver,” Stewart said the IRS’s disclosure cast doubt on Obama’s “managerial competence” and had vindicated “conspiracy theorists,” shifting the burden of proof for their wild accusations away from them and onto federal authorities. [131] “A truly Nixonian abuse of power by the Obama administration,” wrote ABC News host Terry Moran in reaction to the revelations. [132] “It’s time for action,” NBC newsman Tom Brokaw demanded of the president. “It didn’t seem like they had a sense of urgency about it, a real sense of outrage,” said NBC’s White House correspondent Chuck Todd. “This is outrageous no matter what political party you are.” [133] “This is tyranny,” MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough said of the “unspeakable” abuses by the IRS on his morning news program. This time it’s real.” [134] A poll released by Quinnipiac University on May 30 revealed that 76% of registered voters — including 63% of Democrats — favored the appointment of a special prosecutor to independently investigate the allegations of wrongdoing. Pollster Peter A. Brown said there was overwhelming bipartisan support for such an investigation.[135] An NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll conducted May 30 to June 2, 2013, found that 55% of respondents believed that the controversy raises questions about the Obama administrations honesty and integrity. This poll found 33% of respondents blamed Obama directly for the actions underlying the controversy. The poll also found the publics confidence in the IRS to be low, with just 10% of respondents expressing confidence in the agency.[136] Washington’s lawlessness is only surpassed by Obama’s arrogance …and history will record the corruption that took place in their vain efforts of changing America into another Islamist Socialist Republic…just as Obama thought he could do in the Arab World, with his United Nations backing. All of this does serve a purpose however…it is our justification for our obedience to the Word of God’s instruction for us to be separate from such and not to assist in any way these Antichrists. P.S. it should be a National Security Concern to allow the President to make deals with these Islamist terrorist…because should Obama not be able to come through on his part of the deal, it’s quite obvious that these Islamist have no problem using violence terrorism and assassinations as the consequences of betraying them (like he did Ghadaffi in Libya, and Mubarak in Egyopt)…and when you consider that the Islamist have already obtained places of power and high positions within our security and defense measures…the Islamist would no doubt blame such killing on the racist Christians…to further divide the Nation and drive it into another bloody civil war…much to the delight of the Islamist who have already invaded our lands with the help of Washington, and continue to pursue their goal of eliminating our Constitution, our Christianity and taking our lands and returning us to the bondage of their goat god Allah. It’s not like it hasn’t already happened before…wherein Rome went up in flames…and the innocent Christians were falsely accused and persecuted…just like Hillary did about Benghazi…and allowed the persecution of the innocent, while allowing the murderers to continue to go forth and continue their genocide against Arab Christians. It don’t end that way in my book…I’m going to follow the common sense advice of the Good Book and not assist these enemies of God in any way…nor tolerate those who do…but separate myself from such, and come out from among them…and be ye separate…and then He will be’ your God’…it’s His call, not yours…try it out…separate from such…and see for yourself the truth of how the Word will not return void.
