This week’s WOW is a simple C.V one this week. It’s all well and good working arms, legs, abs and core but you should never forget your C.V fitness. So over the weekend I want you to run for 25 minutes. Head in any direction from your house, in a safe direction of course. Then run or run/walk depending on your fitness levels for the 25 minutes. When you reach 25 minutes stop and complete a set of press ups. Maximum effort for 1 minute. Then take another minute to rest and then return home the way you went but this time try to get home in under 25 minutes do this regularly and you run times will increase massively. As before have fun and enjoy your weekend, after doing some phys of course. Don’t forget to let me know how you got on and hit the like button, at least 10!!!!!! Staff Roberts.
