This whole thing is out of control beyond all logic! The whole point of shutdown caused by lack of a funds vote is that there are supposedly no funds to operate with....so how do you justify (or even explain) the funds found to block access to normally unattended national monuments, and even VIEWS from public roadways???Even those most opposed to the battle and issues involved must realize at this point that these shutdowns of non-budget-busting areas are not only not required by the situation, but most definitely not called for by law or by Congress, but simply designed by the White House to try to anger the population against Congress even though it is the White House and NOT Congress that is behaving so ridiculously. America may become the laughing stock of the world, but I trust the American people to see through the effort and place blame where deserved.
