This work, this teaching, this play, this game, this movement, is not about trying to be happy or trying to think positive. Its about an unconditional, authentic relationship with this moment. An authentic, genuine, honest relationship with this moment is the foundation of truly WHOLE-some living. When we are in a place of complete harmony and union with this moment, there is no longer even any relationship with this moment because there is no longer seen to be anyone separate from this moment to have a relationships with it. There is no one left! You no longer exist as a separate entity. There is only life, which means there is only this moment. This moment is YOU!: whole, complete, and undivided. The vitality of life is always happening right now not in the future or in the past. This moment is timeless, infinite and without borders, like a seamless coat, without separation or division. Its a miracle and you are deep inside it right now. Everything is a reflection of the one and only Self. The natural byproduct of this self-realization, this realization of Oneness, is a sense of inner-peace, inner freedom, natural altruism, relaxed sense of humor, and a heightened sense of creativity and responsibility in alignment with the vast infinite intelligence of the Universe.
