This world is founded on polarety leadership. One daily manager, one primeminister, one topp chief etc. The person, who is left sitting with resposenbillety is left as target and is left with most all moral and other responsebillety. That in the other hand creates mistakes, and is a reson for mistaks and faults, corruption and crime commited. - Every institution, school or anny type of community, or region should have boards, consisting of several people to prevet faults being made and to preven mistakes and to prevet crime and coruption.
