WE MUST BE CAREFUL HOW WE USE INFORMATION IN THE KENNEDY - TopicsExpress

WE MUST BE CAREFUL HOW WE USE INFORMATION IN THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION CASE, LEST WE CREATE FACTS THAT DO NOT EXIST. For example, Ralph Cinque wrote: The issue of whether Oswald changed his pants has come up again, and I say he most definitely changed them. It is in the Fritz Notes that Oswald said he changed out of his grey pants at his room and put them in the laundry. ACTUALLY, THERE IS NO MENTIO0N OF LAUNDRY AT ALL IN FRITZ NOTES. ALL IT SAYS IN THE FRITZ NOTES IS: HOME BY BUS CHANGED BRITCHES. NO MENTION OF COLOR OF BRITCHES. CINQUE: So, Oswald said it. ==NO, OSWALD DIDNT SAY IT==. CINQUE: And Mary Bledsoe described his pants as grey on the bus. Cinque supports his statement by citing Mary Bledoe, who in fact is a discredited witness whose testimony means nothing. Theres ample evidence of that , as reported by Lee Farley: educationforum.ipbhost/index.php?showtopic=17269 for example, BLEDSOE TOLD THE W.C. THAT SHE GOT ON THE BUS AT ST. PAUL AND ELM: Mr. BALL. St. Paul? You got on at St. Paul? St. Paul and Elm? Mrs. BLEDSOE. Uh-huh. Mr. BALL. And the bus was going in what direction? Mrs. BLEDSOE. West. BUT THE BUS DRIVER SAID HE DIDN;T PICK UP ANYBODY THERE: Mr. BALL. After your dispatcher checked you in what time did you leave that corner of St. Paul and Elm? Mr. MCWATTERS. Well, the best I can remember I don’t recall even picking up a passenger there... FARLEY WRITES: More than three decades ago Sylvia Meagher came to a controversial conclusion. After pouring over the evidence related to Oswald’s escape from the TSBD she concluded that Mary Bledsoe was never on Cecil McWatters bus. .. there are still many people who believe that Oswald “escaped” Dealey Plaza by public transportation. Many are Lone-Assassin theorists, but some are Warren Commission critics. ... McWatters never placed Bledsoe on his bus. He distinctly claimed no memory of ever picking up a passenger at St Paul and Elm. ...The confusing nature of the way (Bledsoe says ) he was dressed, not wearing a jacket, with holes in his shirt and buttons missing, and a “maniacal” expression are simply perjury suborned from the Warren Commission counsellors, the FBI and the Secret Service. When Milton Jones (a male passenger) was finally located and an affidavit taken from him he supports Meagher’s conclusion that Bledsoe wasn’t on the bus. Jones stated that after the bus had finally gotten through the traffic congestion at Houston and Elm a(n older) lady boarded the bus and sat in the seat that Bledsoe claimed she ... sat in... CINQUE TELLS US THAT LEE OSWALD SAID HE WORE GRAY PANTS AND THAT MARY BLEDSOE CONFIRMED IT. In fact, Lee Farley tells us Mary had to use NOTES to keep her testimony accurate! Mary Bledsoe gave her testimony on April 2nd, 1964. Forrest Sorrels was involved in requesting that Bledsoe use notes during her appearance before the Commission. Next, Cinque states that Lee Oswalds arrest pants were black or at least dark enough to appear black in a black and white photo...: CINQUE: ...I have no reason to think that grey pants would appear like that. So, that settles it: Oswald changed his pants. And it means that Oswald definitely went to his room because where else could he have changed them? There is no place else. But wait. Does that settle the matter? Steffan Westerberg and Pete Engwall have posted a significant article that might mean Lee Oswalds IMPERSONATOR might have stopped at the boarding house, planting the holster there and creating the impression that Lee did not go straight to the Texas Theater as may have occurred according to the testimony offered by Dallas Deputy Roger Craig. forum.assassinationofjfk.net/index.php/topic/75-why-jd-tippit-had-to-die/ What if Will Fritz himself , who is now known to have lied about the paraffin test results, who lied about Craigs not being present at the police station, who lied when he told the public that the case was conclusive that Oswald killed JFK, also lied by adding information to his long-hidden notes -- information that --just maybe --Lee never gave him? Its possible. What if Fritz LATER added that Lee changed his britches so Lee could be located at the boarding house, oh-so-conveniently, for the murder of J, D. Tippit? That would remove him from the Texas theater. Now, all of that is just as speculative as is Cinques, true enough, but unlike Cinque, I do not trust everything Fritz wrote in his notes. Just because part of his notes helps exonerate Lee doesnt mean his notes are pure. Lee wasnt in the USSR for three years, for example, but thats what Fritz notes say. So bear with me... just follow the reasoning, remembering that Fritz notes had other places where additions were obviously made, such as when he added the initial to Hostys name at the top of the paper. The sentence saying Lee changed his britches is compressed, as if it had to be squeezed in. The word britches is actually going downhill for lack of room, but supposedly was written before the second column of his notes was written. Now, that s only speculation, too, but what is NOT speculation is that the cab driver, William Whaley, identified the COLOR of Lees britches as gray: giljesus/jfk/cab_ride.htm Yes, Whaley, the cab driver, picked out gray as the color of the pants Lee Oswald was wearing --from a photo he was shown. But wait -- the photo Whaley saw was of Lees ARREST PANTS (see below). So Cinques statement that the arrest pants were not gray and therefore Lee changed his pants is not based on this certified photo In most photos, sure enough, Lees arrest pants look darker, but on the stretcher, we can see that his pants were not actually black. They were charcoal gray. In short, we cannot use the issue of gray pants to prove Lee Oswald actually ever went to the boarding house. Its the wrong piece of evidence. We must take care when we cite witnesses, too. They didnt all tell the truth -- for example, Mary Bledsoe. Nevertheless, with care, we have been able to obtain solid evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald never shot anybody. And thats the bottom line.
