This year has truly been some sort of cruel test for me. Since March, there have been 7 lives lost in my life, quickly and unexpectedly. I have lost my beloved mother, extended family members, people who have been in my life since birth and some very special patients of mine. I have never experienced such grief and loss as I have recently. It has made me change, in ways both good and bad. We all want to live happy, long, fulfilling lives but those dreams and aspirations can be taken from us in an instant. Life really is short so tell those around you how much they mean to you. Forgive the stupid things people say or do and dont be afraid to say I Love You because you never know what the future will bring. I hate change..I really, really do, but, once again life can change in an instant so decide whats important to you and just go for it. I am trying to muster up the strength of my mother to make some changes in the upcoming year, it wont be easy but I believe it will be worth it. I am so incredibly grateful to have such an amazing family and supportive friends....xoxoxo
