This young man is an excellent drummer, he was with his mum near Trafalgar Square, busking. As I was taking his photograph, a policeman came along and asked them to move, as they had, had a complaint that the young man was begging, when in fact he was busking! His mum knew the law concerning the legalities surrounding under 16s busking, however the policeman moved them on regardless. There is in my opinion, a big difference between begging and busking, xx
