This young spitfire is one-year-old Chuck. Look at that face. Isnt he handsome? Chuck came to us after being confiscated from an environment that turned out to be unsuitable for him. Despite being a bit thin, hes healthy overall. Hes neutered, housetrained, vaccinated, hegative for heartworm and three tickborne diseases, and hes microchipped. In other words, hes ready to to some lucky family. He likes getting attention and will sit nicely for treats. His very favorite thing? He LOVES splashing in a kiddie pool or being sprayed with a hose. He had his own personal trainer whose work with him made a marked improvement on leash manners. He craves attention and is an affectionate fellow. The ideal situation for Chuck -- who our volunteers also call Chuckles and Chuckie Cheese -- would include a traditional fenced yard, maybe some kids over age 10 or so, and a Saint-experienced adopter who will spend time with him (not just leave him to fend for himself in the back yard), continuing his obedience training.
