Thor is a huge, yellow male stray who has taken to inviting himself in through the cat door on a regular basis. DArtagnan does NOT like him. Thor is so tame now that he climbs right up on me and head-butts me. When I get back from traveling he will be going to the vet for full vaccinations and neutering. His little brother is a tiny black kitten, about 6 months old, that Ive named Loki. Loki sometimes follows Thor in through the cat door, and DArtagnan has a fit. Loki is a bit more reserved, but lets me pet him. He too shall be neutered and vaccinated. The two of them are amongst the hoard abandoned when that wretched redneck family trashed the rental house across the street. When they were evicted they left behind 16 cats after all of their pets had kittens. The Humane Society picked up the bulk of them, but Thor and Loki apparently were missed. So my Saint Francis, who is stationed at my front door, told them to find refuge here. Naturally. Because I can just SO afford to shelter all the dogs, cats, bears, llamas, hawks, deer, and bobcats that constantly stop by to party at my house.
