Those cute kittens and puppies folks bought as Christmas gifts are not quite so cute anymore for some. Guess where they end up at this time of year? Abandoned outdoors or left at pounds/shelters. Its called dumping season. I was hoping things would be better in 2014. I was wrong. So....as always, the irresponsible actions of these people must now become the responsibility of others. Foster homes are always needed 365 days a year but at this particular time, they are needed more than ever. If youre considering becoming a foster, now would be a real good time to act on it.
