Those of you who know me know how crazy passionate I am about teaching group fitness classes and more importanly the incredible relationships I have built through my classes. I believe what makes group fitness such a magical place conducive to fostering these meaningful relationships is the unparalleled atmosphere of camaraderie and community creating the perfect storm of like-minded people coming together sharing their burning desire to do better, be better, and ACHIEVE together! Its a place where the impossible suddenly becomes possible. I am presently working with an industry consultant to create the most extraordinary indoor cycling business west of the Rockies! My goal is to take indoor cycling to another level by being the first official Spinning® facility in Idaho to hire only the most passionate and motivating instructors creating a one of a kind fitness experience where relationships are developed and lives changed!!!
