Though most of my speaking engagements, 95% of them, happen within the territory of the Atlantic Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, once in a while I agree to invitations outside of our field, specially when I see the God-given opportunity to help a colleague in ministry to equip leaders and further an atmosphere of grace and compassion within the different structures of our Adventist Church. The networking usually blesses our Atlantic Union Adventist Youth Ministries because we are able to learn from what others are doing, share what we are doing, and at times when we need help from a colleague outside of our field, and we call for help, we are very likely to receive it.
