Thought Id give my husband, Eric Outler a BIG public THANK YOU!!! I cant stop thanking him for what he did this morning... I was on a good work out schedule and all of a sudden, work in Real Estate became so intense, I completely stopped making time for the gym. When you stop, its so hard to start back. Its been over 2 months now and Ive been wanting to get back in the gym and take the cycling class at 5:45AM, but I could never seem to encourage myself enough to get out of the bed and I certainly didnt have the discipline. My husband says to me, lets go to the gym, Ill go with you. I think Im mature enough to know, that you can never depend on anyone else to motivate yourself, but sometimes, the PRESENCE of a loved one being right there with you, sure does help a whole lot. Eric NEVER gets up that early and I KNOW he didnt want to go, but he did it, just for me. I broke through that first day back, I can now resume. I never in a million years expected at 5:45 AM cycling class to be so lively. I got back in the bed when I got home, but hey, its still a start in the right direction. Thank you honey for helping me to get going!!!!!
