Thought Id share my experiment. I usually do pork loin, chops, or even steaks, covered in cream of mushroom soup (yes, you culinary purist may gasp now and shout blasphemy! But cream soups will forever be the go to mothers helper for desperate housewives everywhere... and husbands! ) along with onions. But a thought struck me. Why not add taters and carrots? So, I did! Turned out pretty good. Hubs loved it, so that is all that matters to me. :)
