Thought for the day… Making change... Making a lasting change to your physique requires changing the way you currently lead your life, plain and simple. If you are 20kg over weight, there is a reason that your body has been shaped this way. Its not your hormones, its not gluten, its not your spouse, your friends or your colleagues. It is the decisions you make! Stop wishing, hoping and thinking about changing your physique, that is only wasting valuable time… Time you will never get back. Its simple really, if there is no action there will be no change… You are responsible for creating change by the decisions and actions you make. These shape and form not only your physique, but your life. More importantly, without consistent action, the change/results are not lasting. Anybody can throw together an intense workout once a blue moon, and anybody can eat to their goals every now and then. The action isnt as hard as it is to perform these actions and make the correct decisions consistently is. Form good habits, focus on continual improvement and realise that you are responsible for your lease on life, nobody else. So make a change, take action and do it now.
