Thought of today. Rental property in the State of California. To all the Political Parties and Activist. My Question why has no one ever took a stand on Rent Control here in the State of California. To Rent a One-Bedroom Apartment here $1200 including $100 for the Garage which come with the unit if you choose not to live in a shotgun type area. Donald Sterling is not the only Landlord who Practice Racism when it comes to living in certain areas. California renters pay 30% Higher Rent than any other State in America, The Housing Department, Section 8, VASH Program, US Vets Housing Programs, Shelters, (All) Landlords, Church Properties is one of the biggest rip off of Federal Government Funding, and the Mayors Office, City Council, Political Leaders will not and have not addressed this issue concerning putting a cap on Rental Property here in the State of California. Which is causing people to become more and more Homeless in the State, because of their Economical Situation and the City and State Budget Crisis and High Unemployment. Question. Why is this city and the state of California allowing this to happen concerning rent control. Its time to Stop Pimping Low Income Families, and put a Cap on Rent Control. Amen
