Thought you all might enjoy seeing my homemade BBQ dream machine. Ive been smoking for over 20 years on just about every contraption I could get my hands on. After years of trial and error I decided to attempt to build a smoker that did what I needed it to do. The result is this hulking monster. Its nearly 7 foot tall and wide enough to cook a couple whole hogs with lots of room to spare. This beast is super fuel efficient too. The radiant heat from the internal firebox keeps the temps steady for hours, and the reverse flow design is producing the most consistent BBQ Ive ever made. And since Im an artist by trade, I just had to make it look cool;)
